AWBuild is a small versatile, privately owned medium rise building company operating in the residential, multi-residential and small commercial building sector for both Architects and Developers and private clients both on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane.
AWBuild was established in 2016 by Andrew Wright, a second generation builder who began his career 15 years ago within Shane Wright Constructions. Shane Wright is a recognised builder and developer of long standing, delivering to client expectations for over three decades and continues to provide expert input to AWbuild across all aspects of construction delivery and methodology.
The combined experience and extensive knowledge of both Andrew & Shane Wright ensures a first class service and delivery of projects and collaboration across all aspects of the business.
Shane and Andrew have worked collaboratively recently to complete a multi level student accommodation project at St Lucia for a long standing client developer.
After completing his bachelor degree in Construction Management, Andrew worked with AusAid and GHD in Aceh, Indonesia post 2004 boxing day Tsunami, then after continuing to work for various commercial builders here in Australia. Andrew brings to AWbuild high level construction management skills, in particular programming, estimating and contract administration to ensure smooth delivery of projects within good time frames and reasonable costs to clients.
Currently, AWbuild is involved in several projects with local Brisbane and Sunhsine Coast Architects (see attached contact links) and can either work from a set of tender design documents or provide a Design and Construct service if required.
AWbuild has a hands on approach to projects and takes great pride in providing quality builds. AWbuild has an ethos of honesty and hard work creating good communication and client relationships ensuring repeat business and long term business opportunities.
